  • Company Overview/Job Summary

    This position will be part of M+P’s in house Digital Team. This person will work day-to-day with the Digital Project Manager and collaborate very closely with the Account, Creative and Strategy Teams at M+P.

    Responsibilities

    Social Strategy and Execution

    • Develop and oversee social strategy
    • Provide ongoing platform updates, content insights, social best practices and POVs
    • Provide social leadership for client and act as the social expert for the brand, both at the client level and with multiple agency partners
    • Manage content calendars and scheduling with client roster agencies and brand team
    • Work with internal and external creative teams to develop content across platforms
    • Identify strategic opportunities to activate influencer campaigns while ensuring strategic alignment with partner agency executing campaign to ensure strategic alignment.

     Community Management

    • Provide oversight to Community Management Agency
    • Responsible for ongoing social listening—identify opportunities and make recommendations accordingly

    Analytics

    • Manage analytics reporting of organic content performance
    • Leverage paid social analytics to gather learnings to optimize social content

     

    Role Requirements:

    • Comfortable working on different Social Media Management Platforms as well as using different Social Listening Tools
    • Must be personally active in the social space and be on top of the latest digital marketing trends
    • Comfortable with client facing and engaging client
    • Strong communication and writing skills
    • Able to become quickly ingrained in the client’s brands and business
    • Extremely proactive, constantly bringing new ideas and fresh thinking
    • Highly collaborative person who works well in small, integrated team settings
    • Able to multi-task and toggle quickly between brands
    • Have an enthusiastic attitude and ready to contribute to the agency
    • Willing to stretch their job description and do what’s needed to get the job done
    • Results and performance oriented, quickly adapting and reacting to new data/info

     

     

    Working Conditions

     

    • Professional office work environment
    • Sit at desk/computer for long periods of time
    • Must be able to work overtime, as required
    • Must be able to lift weights up to 15 pounds.
