Responsibilities

This position will be part of M+P’s in house Digital Team, and report directly into the EVP, Digital Integration, work day-to-day with the Digital Project Manager and Social Content Strategist on the followig accounts-White Castle, Mercedes-Benz Vans, Florida’s Natural, BIC Razors . The role will also collaborate very closely with the with the Account, Creative and Strategy Teams at M+P, as community management is a critical aspect of our services and must be consistent with the overall brand positioning.

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Monitor all social profiles for brands noted above in real-time
  • Engage and respond to consumers, as outlined in approved response guidelines/protocols
  • Become fully immersed in the personality and tone of the brand to ensure “one voice”
  • Continually monitor broader brand social discussion via in-house tools (Brandwatch)
  • Refine response guidelines as needed based on brand needs and new product launches
  • Continually audit competitive social activity for opportunities and threats
  • Identify key influencers via social listening to be leverage via brand activations
  • Monitor conversation and engage consumers during social promotions, as needed
  • Create social listening reports via social listening tool to assess consumer sentiment
  • Work directly with client customer service teams as needed, based on escalation policies
  • Work with broader team to develop bigger social promotions based on listening insights
  • Bring listening insights to the agency team to help identify new content opportunities
  • Participate in the development of analytics reports, with insights and content implications
  • Participate in annual planning meetings with all M+P departments and partner agencies

 

Role Requirements:

  • Must become quickly engrained in the client’s brands and business
  • Must be extremely proactive, constantly bringing new ideas and fresh thinking
  • Must be highly diligent in helping execute community management protocols
  • Must be a highly collaborative person who works well in small, integrated team settings
  • Must be able to multi-task and toggle quickly between brands
  • Must come to work energized and enthused to contribute to the agency
  • Must be willing to stretch their job description and do what’s needed to get the job done
  • Must be results and performance oriented, quickly adapting and reacting to new data/info 

Working Conditions

  • Professional office work environment 
  • Sit at desk/computer for long periods of time 
  • Must be able to work extra, as required
  • Must be able to lift weights up to 15 pounds
