M+P needs to add to our media team. This is an exciting new role, spanning across multiple lines of CPG and various businesses. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reports directly into Media Supervisors and Associate Media Director
  • Integrates directly with Account Services teams to ensure media plans align with overall campaign messaging objectives
  • Develops fully-integrated media plans inclusive of online and offline channel recommendations – will require daily communication with other agency partners (broadcast buying, shopper marketing, social, etc.)
  • Prepares and presents media plans directly to Clients for approval
  • Manages tasks and reporting on both a scheduled cadence and ad hoc level pending Client needs
  • Studies demographic data and consumer profiles to identify desired target audiences and most effective communication plans
  • Prepares and manages media plan flow charts
  • Manages and optimizes Paid Search Campaigns on a weekly basis

Required Skills/Experience/Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree required
  • 2-4 years of Media Planning experience required
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong conceptual mathematical abilities required in this position
  • Media Ocean/DDS Billing System (or other like platforms)
  • MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Media Tools (or other like flowcharting system)
  • MRI

Desired Skills/Experience/Qualifications:

  • Competitive Tracking Tools (i.e. Kantar, Nielsen)
  • ComScore experience is preferred
  • Social Business Managing Platforms (Facebook/IG, Twitter)
  • Google AdWords


Working Conditions

  • Professional office work environment
  • Sit at desk/computer for long periods of time
  • Must be able to work overtime, as required
  • Must be able to lift weights up to 15 pounds.
